Frequently Asked Questions

Selling land often comes with questions, especially if you haven’t sold property before.

Below are answers to some of the questions I’m most commonly asked. If your question isn’t listed here, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’d be happy to speak with you.

Frequently Asked During the Process

How long does the process usually take?

Every property is different.

Some transactions are completed sooner, while others require additional time depending on title work, ownership questions, or other circumstances.

My purchase agreement allows sufficient time to complete the necessary due diligence and coordinate a successful closing, while keeping you informed throughout the process.

Will I know what’s happening during the transaction?

Yes.

Communication is one of my highest priorities.

If questions arise or additional information is needed, I’ll do my best to keep you informed throughout the process.

Who pays the closing costs?

In most transactions, Land Solver pays the customary closing costs, including title and escrow fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

About Communication

Will you pressure me to make a decision?

No.

Selling land is an important decision.

I encourage every landowner to ask questions, review the information carefully, and make the decision that’s best for them.

Can I call you before deciding?

Absolutely.

In fact, I encourage it.

I’d much rather have a conversation than have you wonder about something.

No question is too small.

What if I decide not to sell?

That’s perfectly okay.

I appreciate the opportunity to have introduced myself and thank you for considering Land Solver.
