My name is Jaime Escandon, founder of Land Solver.

I believe trust begins with getting to know the person you’re doing business with. Before asking you to consider working with Land Solver, I’d like to introduce myself and share why I started this company.
Why I Started Land Solver
Land Solver was founded on a simple belief:
People deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
Over the years, I’ve spoken with many landowners. Every conversation has reminded me that behind every property is a person, a family, and a unique story.
Some people inherit land they never expected to own.
Some have property they no longer use.
Others are simply ready for a new chapter in life.
No matter the reason, I believe every landowner deserves clear communication, straightforward answers, and the opportunity to make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.
My goal has never been simply to purchase land.
My goal has always been to build trust, find solutions, and help landowners move forward.
My Approach
I don’t believe every property is the same.
I don’t believe every landowner has the same goals.
That’s why I believe every conversation should begin by listening.
Before discussing offers, timelines, or closing dates, I want to understand what you’re hoping to accomplish.
Sometimes that leads to a purchase.
Sometimes it leads to a different solution.
Either way, I want every person who contacts Land Solver to feel they were treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
What Integrity Means to Me
Integrity isn’t something you simply talk about.
It’s something you practice.
It means keeping your word.
Communicating honestly.
Being transparent when challenges arise.
Treating people fairly.
Doing the right thing even when it’s difficult.
No business is perfect, and not every transaction goes exactly as planned. But I believe people deserve clear communication, realistic expectations, and someone who will treat them with respect throughout the process.
Those are the standards I strive to bring to every conversation and every transaction.
The Values That Guide Me
My faith in Jesus Christ has shaped the way I strive to live and conduct business.
While Land Solver serves people from every background and every belief, the values that guide me—honesty, integrity, respect, compassion, humility, and keeping my word—are deeply influenced by my faith.
My hope isn’t that people remember me because I spoke about my faith.
My hope is that they experience those values through the way they are treated.
I believe that genuine character is demonstrated through actions, and I strive to let those actions reflect the principles that guide my life.
Honesty
Communicating openly and telling the truth, even when the answer isn’t what someone hoped to hear.
Integrity
Keeping my word, following through on commitments, and doing what I believe is right.
Respect
Treating every landowner with patience, dignity, and consideration, regardless of whether we do business together.
Compassion
Remembering that every property belongs to a person with circumstances, experiences, and goals that deserve to be understood.
A Verse That Has Shaped My Life
One of the first Bible verses I memorized was Hebrews 4:12, and it has remained one of the most meaningful passages in my life.
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword…”
To me, this verse is a reminder that God’s Word continues to shape my heart, my decisions, and the way I seek to live each day.
While my faith is deeply personal, it also influences the way I strive to treat every person who places their trust in Land Solver.
