Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Land Solver (“Land Solver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you visit or communicate with us through LandSolver.com (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy describes the information that may be collected through the Website, how we use that information, and how we may share or protect it.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and does not necessarily apply to information collected through other Land Solver activities that are not described here.

We may use information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests
  • Communicate with landowners
  • Discuss a property or potential property transaction
  • Evaluate information concerning a property
  • Communicate concerning offers, purchase agreements, title matters, and closings when applicable

We do not use information submitted through the Website to send unrelated marketing communications unless you separately request or authorize such communications, or applicable law permits them.

Contact Form and Email Processing

The Website uses WPForms Lite to provide the contact form.

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is used to generate an email notification to Land Solver. The information submitted through the form may include your name, email address, telephone number, property address or parcel information, and message.

Land Solver uses WP Mail SMTP Lite to route website-generated email through Brevo, a third-party transactional email delivery service. Your submitted information may therefore be processed by these service providers as necessary to deliver the notification to Land Solver.

We do not use the contact form to automatically subscribe visitors to a marketing mailing list.

WPForms Lite Backup Service

WPForms Lite provides an optional service called WPForms Lite Connect that can securely back up form-entry information. When enabled on this Website, form-entry information is encrypted on the Website before being transmitted to WPForms for backup storage. WPForms states that the information stored through Lite Connect may include encrypted form-entry details and certain technical or account information associated with the Website.

Land Solver may use this service to help protect against loss of website form submissions. The availability and use of this backup service may change over time.

Third-Party Email Delivery

Website-generated email notifications are delivered using Brevo, a third-party transactional email service.

Brevo may process information contained in website-generated email messages and technical information necessary to send, deliver, and monitor those messages. Brevo’s transactional email systems maintain records of email events such as sending and delivery, and may provide related delivery information for the account.

Brevo has its own privacy practices and policies governing information it processes on behalf of its customers.

We do not currently use the Website for behavioral advertising or to intentionally track visitors across unrelated websites.

The Website’s use of cookies or similar technologies may change if we add or modify plugins, services, analytics, advertising, or other functionality.

Information Sharing

We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate the business, respond to a request, complete a transaction, protect our rights or property, protect the Website, or comply with legal obligations.

If you decide to proceed with a land transaction, information may be shared with third parties involved in completing that transaction, including a title company, escrow provider, closing agent, attorney, or other transaction professional, as appropriate.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

Property and Transaction Information

Information you provide concerning a property may be used to evaluate, discuss, negotiate, document, and complete a potential or actual land transaction.
